Form ID Reconciles - Append Only
Form ID Reconciles - Append OnlyThis Publication type uses the Form ID Barcode and Template Variable Replacement to reconcile the captured response data from forms, with records from your data table. A form will be published for each record in the data table and the captured response data will append to the record it belongs to.
Key Field Reconciles - Append OnlyThis Publication type is uses the Form ID barcode and one of the key fields, OMR ID grid or a barcode label affixed to a Barcode Area, for reconciliation of captured response data. A single form is published from the form template and printed into multiple copies. The captured response data from each form must append to a record from the data table or there will be nowhere for it to be stored.
