Uploaded scanned page images queue in the "Unprocessed Images" table before being sent to the form processor.

enter image description here

This is a quick process but if a large number of images are uploaded at once, they will queue as a list in the Unprocessed Images table, until they have been sent, one at a a time, to the incoming images table in FormReturn's server.

If the data from any of the uploaded form page images hasn't been processed into Captured Data, look in the Unidentified Images table. Scanned Images that can't be recognized by FormReturn will be put here.

The Form Processor

Uploaded form page Images that are recognized by FormReturn, are sent one at a time to the Form Processor in FormReturn's server.

Unrecognized Images will be found in the Unidentified Images table.

"Queue Information" in the Form Processor, is a timer showing the rate at which images are being processed and the estimated time left.
