A valuable feature of FormReturn is Template Variable Replacement (TVR) similar to mail merge, used for the identification of forms. Fieldnames taken from your data table are typed onto the form template and are replaced with your records when the form template is published and printed. The captured responses from the forms will then be linked with the records they belong to and stored together in FormReturn's Captured Data.
Another valuable feature of FormReturn which is used for form identification is a Barcode Area added to the form template, which is used to affix a barcode label of your own choosing. The barcode ID is captured during form processing and pairs the captured responses with the records they belong to and stores them together in Captured Data.
