Save your preferred ordering of columns for exported data and which columns you want to include in the export of captured data to a spreadsheet.

Order Columns

Choose your preferred order for the columns which contain your source data fieldnames.

 

 

 

The Order Index of Source data fieldnames starts at 0.

  • By Order Index - The fieldnames taken from your source data table will be exported using the numeric values of the order index, which was set when you added the fieldnames to your data table.

 

 

 

  • By Fieldname Ascending - The fieldnames from your source data table would be exported alphabeticaly in ascending order.
  • By Fieldname Decending - The fieldnames from your source data table would be exported alphabeticaly in decending order.

Included Columns in Export

Select or De-select your preferred columns to be exported to the spreadsheet.

 

 

 

 

 

Deselecting any of the columns in export options, means those columns and their data won't show up in the exported data.


Order Index of Columns

Because the Order Index of the fields, publication_id; form_id and form_score is below zero, they will appear first in the exported data.

 

 

 

Because the Order Index of Captured Response Data automatically starts at 1000 - The Captured Data Fieldnames for each question and the Score_fieldnames (if there was an aggregation rule), will appear directly after the Source Data Fieldnames

Save Export Settings

 

Click: Save Export Settings button to save your export preferences.

Click: Restore Defaults button to restore all export settings to the original default settings.
